A Day in the Life

At Versature we let you determine your own approach to success. Sure, there are things that you need to accomplish in a day but we let you complete those things. In a regular day you will be reaching out to new clients or leads, nurturing incoming leads over email, chat or phone, prospecting on current and new leads and building internal relationships with our awesome team!

We want you to be successful in this role which means that will provide you with training, support, tools, knowledge and guidance to be the best.

While all these things are sure to keep you busy in a day we do like to have some activities to unwind such as foosball, video games, break rooms, quiet room, and some outdoor fun in our backyard (A rink the the winter and a patio in the summer). There are even some teams here that you can get involved with, like our dodgeball team!

Previous experience in a sales role is an asset (B2whatever, retail, food services, hospitality, you name it). Any experience that might have put you in contact with CRM systems previously, customers, sales pipeline, time management and networking, communication skills (Bilingualism) is all relevant!
